Gluten-Free
Check out all of our recipes that are either completely gluten-free or have gluten-free options (like my healthier banana bread that can be made with gluten-free all purpose flour). I began eating more gluten-free when I was diagnosed with autoimmune thyroid issues, which lead to me learning all about how gluten was affecting the way I felt. This was hard for me to adjust to as I've always learned that gluten is literally the foundation of baking!
However, I have now learned that I can eat mostly gluten-free and still enjoy treats with gluten on occasion. I know I am fortunate with this flexibility, whereas many others experience strong sensitivities to gluten or even have celiac.
This is why I started creating gluten-free recipes that can be enjoyed by all. Even my husband can't tell these treats are gluten-free! Especially my favorite gluten-free chocolate chip cookies that could be in the front case of a bakery!
